You are still getting 2 charts for $400 total where 1 chart (same area) would have cost $600 two years ago. This should eliminate the argument that the charts are overpriced, in fact, like all marine electronics compared to their counterparts of only a few years ago, the value is through the roof! If you want a backup or second copy, buy one. For example, our largest chart today (X元), which costs about $200, would have cost $600 2 years ago (XL size) and about $1500 7 years ago (S size).
The good news is that every year the products gets better, and generally larger which means a better value for the customer.
